Apart from the three juices, you also have to make an intake with food based on chicken or turkey. From the fourth to the seventh day, caloric intake increases to 1,500 daily. It is reduced to two daily juices, but it is increased to two complete meals, in which there can be fruits, vegetables, lean meats and other foods with sirtuins.
  • Second stage: This part is extended by two weeks and the number of meals eaten per day rises: one green smoothie per day and three meals with foods rich in sirtuins. The good thing about this phase is that there is more freedom when choosing the foods that can be consumed, but we must bear in mind that we must try to eliminate processed foods as much as possible so as not to trigger caloric intake.

It should also be emphasized that its effectiveness is practically safe due to the fact that it reduces calories, not because of foods rich in sirtuins. That is to say, there are studies that show that reducing calories in the diet helps to lose weight, because by not giving the body enough calories to carry out all the actions and movements, what it does is use body fat and obtain the calories that it lacks. from there.

But if, on the contrary, copious meals of foods with sirtuins were made, perhaps the decrease would not be as effective because there would be no caloric deficit.
