NieR:Automata Ver1.1a: Long version of the opening credits song is available, singer Aimer introduced – Nintendo-Difference

Born on July 9, 1990, Aimer grew up in a musical environment from an early age, as her father played as a bassist in a band. She started singing herself at a very young age and also learned to play the piano in elementary school, where she enjoyed the creations of two famous Japanese singers, Ringo Sheena and Hikaru Utada. In addition, she also started very early to learn to write lyrics in English, by listening to the songs ofApril Lavigne. However, she lost her voice when she was 15 years old followingan accident (it is later learned that this was due to overuse of his vocal cords, which required him to undergo silence therapy to heal himself). Aimer began her career in music in 2011. However, the beginning of his career is mainly marked by his entry into the field of songs for anime credits. Indeed, from 2011, she performs the piece Rokutousei no Yoruwhich was used for the end credits of the anime No.6. Aimer is the nickname she has always used with Aimerrhythm when she writes the lyrics of her songs. Moreover, for a few years now, for the titles of its concerts, Aimer has often used names in French (white and black, sun and rain, red with blue, Cycle de 10 ans, nuit immersive, etc.). Also in 2011, she is in charge of the song of the 29th credits of Bleach, Re:pray. Year by year, Aimer has become more and more popular, and continues to work on songs for anime credits (Natsuyuki Rendezvous in 2012) while releasing singles with tracks that are not included in anime series. She also released her first real album in 2012, Sleepless Nights.

In 2013, his career was marked by an important event: the beginning of his collaboration with the composer Hiroyuki Sawano. Together, they take care of the song of the end credits of the sixth episode of Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, RE:I AMand continue the following year with the ending of the seventh episode, StarRingChild. Also in 2014, Hiroyuki Sawano began his musical project SawanoHiroyuki[nZk] with the album UnChild, dedicated to Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, where we find 12 songs all performed by Aimer. Some are covers of tracks also composed by Hiroyuki Sawano for the anime, while others are unreleased. Aimer continues to work with Hiroyuki Sawano until 2019 with one last song, picturewhich appears in the album R∃/MEMBER and under a rearranged version in the album Penny Rain.

In total, Aimer has released 8 albums, 3 mini albums and 20 singles (the 21st being released on March 1). Until this year, she still performed songs for anime credits, including several very popular and beloved ones. In 2014, in addition to the beginning of her work with Hiroyuki Sawano, we note her unique collaboration with the famous composer Yoko Kanno for the end credits song terror in Resonance, Dare ka, Umi wowhich had also enabled him to win in 2015 the Second Prize of the Music Jacket Awards. Among the many other anime that Aimer performed songs for credits: The Yokai Pact / Natsume’s Book of Friends, after the Rain, vinland Saga, fire force, Mo Dao Zu Shi, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Pleasure Quarter and lately chain saw man in addition to NieR:Automata Ver1.1a.
