The MTV Video Music Awards will be held in Düsseldorf on November 13, 2022.
Voting kicked off for the MTV Europe Music Awards, an annual event rewarding the best clips of the year, was given on Wednesday 12 October. Except for the prize rewarding the best clip of the year, all categories are subject to public votes. Their US version, held in August, faced heavy criticism over the lack of transparency in the voting results.
For the next European edition, Harry Styles leads the race with seven nominations, including best artist of the year. Taylor Swift is hot on his heels with six nominations. As for French-speaking artists, Stromae is nominated with “Fils de Joie” in the best committed clip category.

Voting is open until November 9. The ceremony will be broadcast live on MTV.
