Gunna is free but in the sauce.
They do not admit his agreement with justice.
Gunna got out of jail but he is certainly not out of business. Indeed, his attitude in the YSL case does not pass. Rappers don’t like scales6ix9ine can attest to this and it is not excluded that Wunna’s career will take a big hit in the wing even if he can continue it. Indeed, many of them turned their backs on him when he accepted an agreement with American justice, leaving Young Thug on the front line in the box of the accused. And that, for many, it does not pass. Jim Jones, Lil Baby or even Lil Durk have apparently turned their backs on him.
A photo surfaced over the weekend showing Lil Baby unfollowing Gunna on social media, which says it all in 2023… A surprise, especially since the two artists have collaborated on several occasions and they are even at the head of a joint project, “Drip Harder”.

But that’s not all, Lil Durk released a snippet of a new track and everyone saw it as a direct attack on Gunna. The Chicago rapper raps:
“What happened to Virgil, he’ll probably tell.”
While that punchline may be general, many fans believe Durk is referring to his 2022 track featuring Gunna, “What Happened to Virgil” and slamming the “Pushin P” singer.

The reactions of Twittos are not made to wait. For them, Gunna is simply over.

This all seems to go in a general move against Gunna. Indeed, a few days ago, Jim Jones criticized the decision of the member of YSL to have accepted a deal with justice.
“It’s really a complex situation that Thug went through. I don’t know all the details, but where I come from, agreeing to an agreement when there are co-defendants is really not the thing to do. If you’re on your own, it’s different. But when you accept an agreement with justice, it becomes complicated. I don’t want to talk too much about it because I’ve seen my guys go through the same things, but I can say it: none of my guys took any deals. They are in prison now, serving their sentence. They accepted what they did, they accepted being dumped, they accepted everything, they settled down, and served their sentence.”
So yes, Gunna is free but the sequel does not look very promising…
