Father’s Day in Brisas del Titicaca
The Brisas del Titicaca cultural association also offers a show full of Peruvian identity. Dances from the coast, mountains and jungle, and also an exclusive show with lights.

Nations such as Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador and Mexico, among other countries in Latin America, North America (Canada and the United States) and Europe, also share the tribute date.
The origin of the celebration arises because an American woman wanted to pay tribute to her father, who was father and mother to her and her five siblings.
In 1909 he decided to start a movement in favor of all men who fulfilled their paternity responsibly.
The initiative spread throughout several communities, and in 1966, President Lyndon Johnson signed a proclamation declaring the third Sunday of June as a day to honor fathers across the country.
