The Department of the Mayor’s Office and Institutional Relations is in charge of organizing the program of activities to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the designation of Vitoria Gasteiz as European Green Capital. The scheduled activities are of a different nature, from a technical summit with leading international speakers to training workshops, word cafes,…. And how recognition of the strong commitment of all citizens with sustainability and with all the municipal policies developed around it, and as flourish to the entire program of activities, you want organize a concert gratuitous and open to all audiences, and offer the possibility of being able to listen to an international artist such as the singer-songwriter ZAZ. The concert will be held on Friday, October 7, starting at 8:30 p.m., in the Plaza de los Fueros in Vitoria-Gasteiz. SUITABLE CONTRACT
The contract is estimated suitablefor the achievement of its object. The nature and extent of the needs that are intended to be covered by the contract and the suitability of the object of the contract and its content to satisfy them are detailed in the specifications that are in the file.
The budget of the aforementioned contract amounts to the amount of €188,099.34, VAT included. It is a private contract, and its processing is carried out by the procedure Traded without advertisingfor reasons of technical exclusivity, in accordance with article 168. a) 2 of the LCSP 2017, being the company LASTUR BOOKIN, SL, the one that exclusively holds the ownership of all the representation rights of the artist to be hired.
Having incorporated into the file certificate of existence of credit from the Municipal Controller and the List of Particular Administrative Clauses, the List of Technical Conditions and the report of the head of the Legal Department.
In view of article 117 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into the Spanish legal system the directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23 EU and 2014/24 EU , of February 26, 2014 (hereinafter, LCSP 2017). In view of the second additional provision of the LCSP 2017, the Councilor-Delegate of the Department of MAYORSHIP AND INSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS to the Local Government Board presents the following proposed agreement:
Approve the Specifications of Particular Administrative Clauses and Technical Conditions that are in the file.
Approve the contracting file for contracting the performance of the singer-songwriter ZAZ, with a budget of €188,099.34, VAT included.
Approve the procedure NEGOTIATED WITHOUT ADVERTISING for reasons of technical exclusivity as a form of award, pursuant to article 168. a) 2 of the LCSP 2017.
Appoint Teresa Ugalde Sautua as responsible for the contract under the terms and conditions of article 62 of the LCSP 2017.
Order the opening of the procedure for which purpose an invitation must be sent to the mercantile LASTUR BOOKIN, SL, which exclusively holds the ownership of all the representation rights of this artist.
