According to a statement sent to Tiempo Libre, two incredible master chocolatiers, Definite Chocolate from the Dominican Republic and Makaya Chocolat from Haiti, have together created a collection of three chocolates that they will present.
Within the framework of the Binational Cultural Dialogue, a tasty “chocolate dialogue” has been created between Definite Chocolate and Makaya Chocolat. It combines the history of cocoa and that of both countries, with recipes that highlight organic ingredients and common traditions of both countries: coffee, cashews and peanuts. It has been organized within the framework of the Binational Cultural Dialogue project, financed by the European Union and implemented by the Haiti Jazz and Caracoli Foundation.
