Access to the stadium and the tram, payment, withdrawal: Naps launches the Casa We multi-service card – Medias24

The Casa We multi-service city card went into service at the beginning of October. Born of a collaboration between the electronic payment service naps and the Local Development Corporation (SDL) Casa event and entertainment, this card (Mastercard) is linked to a payment account in accordance with Bank Al-Maghrib regulations.

With a validity period of three years, its price is 120 MAD including tax. “During the current launch phase, Casa We is available in promotion at 99 MAD including tax, at no additional cost”, announces to Médias24 Mohamed Rziguen, director of Corporate business and partners at Naps.

This card can be obtained on the site as well as in Naps agencies.

Developed by the Moroccan engineers of M2M Group, this card allows its holder to access several services:

– payment at merchants with a virtual electronic payment terminal (TPE) and on e-commerce sites (ONCF);

– money transfer;

– cash withdrawal from automated teller machines (ATMs);

– access to events organized by Casa event (festival, football match, etc.).

The functionalities of the first version of Casa We will be improved in the medium term and “starting tomorrow, with the ‘Open Payment’ solution, which allows access to the tram using this card”, assures Mohamed Rziguen.

“Instead of buying your tram ticket via the vending machine, all you need is a Casa We card which is topped up to be able to directly access all the tram lines in Casablanca,” he explains.

Tangier, Meknes, Fez, Marrakech and Essaouira in 2023

For top up the Casa We card and access all of these services, two channels are available:

– the network of Naps agencies, approved by Bank Al-Maghrib;

– the mobile app which allows you to reload the card from his own bank account.

The inhabitants of Casablanca are the current target of the Casa We card. But domestic visitors to the economic capital will also be able to enjoy its features, as will “foreign tourists who will have the possibility of obtaining a Casa We card as soon as they arrive at the airport”, says Mohamed Rziguen.

“We also want to support Morocco’s development on the digital front, in the context of financial inclusion,” he adds. “In this sense, the solution will also be available at Tangier, Meknes, Fez, Marrakech and Essaouira, early 2023.”

In addition, the launch of the Casa We card is accompanied by that of a second card: Casa Wydad. It is reserved for holders of an annual subscription who wish to attend Wydad Casablanca meetings.

This card has the same benefits as the Casa We card, with one exception. Its holder is not obliged to buy his ticket on the internet to access the stadium on the day of the match.

As shown in the video below, “the card is linked to the annual subscription of its holder and allows him quick access to the stadium”, concludes the Corporate Business and Partners Director at Naps.
