Thematic areas

From 6:30 p.m., a batucada will open the festivities with a stroll through the city center. The Foch stage will follow at 7 p.m. on which DJs will follow one another throughout the evening with the Collectif Dansé.

The 24 groups chosen were divided according to their musical style. Place Royale, Duo Kosma, Eenzel and Julien Granel (who opened for Angèle) will resonate pop, hip-hop and rap sounds. Square Aragon will be more rock with Kety, Tidy Mess and La Jarry. Further on, on the boulevard des Pyrénées, jazz will be in the spotlight with three local groups Why Notes, Zigjazz Unit and Dixie Biarnes. The Pau Béarn Pyrénées Conservatory will take over the Hédas. 250 participants from the violin, viola, cello, double bass and guitar classes will play in the first part, followed by the marching band and the harmony orchestra. The Amaryllis Choir will close the evening in this district.
